About

The four man band, Analog was formed in March of 2005, originally created for a USO tour. As the military re-focused its priorities from entertainment, the band found opportunities to perform in and around their hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii. From tourists in Waikiki to troops at Hawaii’s military bases, Analog has performed more than 600 shows across Oahu. In addition to appearing in Honolulu’s night life scene for music groups, they have also played at the Diamond Head Crater Fest and opened for headliners such as Seamless, Collective Soul, Hollywood All-stars, and Alien Ant Farm.
For the band, 2009 has already proven to be a revolutionary time, starting with a lineup change with new frontman Kamuela Kahoano and bassist Brent Paul. Founder guitarist Selwyn Valdez and original drummer Daniel Gibson have hailed the format change as an opportunity to create new sound that will set the band apart. Analog looks to the future as the band’s new blood speeds the progression of its unique identity as both a cover band and an original act.
